A high school student in Burlington Ontario, living next to Nelson Aggregate’s quarry. I created ecopreserve.ca as a response to witnessing the environmental effects of aggregate mining and the destruction it could bring with the upcoming expansion.
Ecopreserve.ca aims to shine a light on the consequences of aggregate mining on the environment and on the local people. We as stewards of the earth must recognize the harmful effects of aggregate mining and seek change. Whether you’re local, an environmental advocate, or a concerned citizen – welcome.
